Due to the nature of food and consumable products, Brewie does not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
